Swimming for the First Time!!

A lot of Firsts

In my previous post I mentioned that Landen had been having a lot of firsts, but mommy also had a first or two! Last week I went on my first trip without my boys. Daddy and Landen stayed at home while Mommy went to St. Louis for a teacher convention. It was a rough couple of days but we made it! We also learned that Landen DOES NOT like formula. He took one sip and spit it out and then screamed for about 3 hours. We also learned that he WOULD eat Malt-o-Meal...which is NOT a baby food! But, you do what you have to when Mommy is not there to feed ya! And we learned that it DID NOT give him a tummy ache!! Thank God!
Mommy did have to come home one day early so that my baby didn't starve! Luckily one of the other teachers from my building drove up separately and was planning on coming home early anyway, so I just tagged along!

Summer Time!!

Summer has just begun and Landen has already been busy!! He has been making new friends and trying new things! What a fun age. I am so glad that I am able to stay home with him during this time!
